The Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo

The Q Revo is an excellent choice if you are looking for a robot vacuum and mop that's mid-range. It offers a great mopping experience, but it lacks the advanced features of its more expensive counterpart.

In the course of testing, it was able to handle dry oats and dust on carpets with medium piles and pet hair on hard floors. However, like cheaper models, it doesn't employ LIDAR to help you map your home.

The iRobot Roomba S9+ is one of the top robot vacuums. It is a powerful cleaner and plenty of features, including a self-emptying dirt compartment built into its charging base. The iRobot Home App guides you through the process of setting up. Once the system is in place it can begin automated cleaning with a single button press. You can choose an overall clean, which prioritizes the removal of larger debris such as cereal and rice. Or you can opt for two thorough mappings to ensure that your home is completely cleaned.

This robot vac performs well on both bare floors and low-pile carpet. It is able to take large objects and doesn't lose suction as rapidly as some other models and can pick up pet hair without difficulty. It's not the best time with high-pile or plush carpet, however iRobot says it will improve with future models.

The S9+ features a new design from iRobot that is focused on enhancing corner and edge cleaning. Its smart navigation system employs sensors that keep track of your home's layout, and vSLAM technology to map the interior. This allows it to avoid obstacles like stairs and other barriers, and to clean up your whole home in the most efficient manner possible. The iRobot Home app lets you manage the robot and plan cleaning times, and set up virtual boundaries, so it knows to avoid areas that need extra attention.

2. Roborock Q Revo

Roborock Q Revo is a machine that is a combination of mopping and vacuuming. Its vacuum settings are as good as those on more expensive models. Its mopping system is superior - its spinning pads scrub floors better than a vibrating pad.

The only drawback is that it does not have an additional rubber brush to allow for more thorough cleaning, but that's a small cost to pay if want one of the best robots available. The dust tank of the robo-vac is larger than its competitors and filling it up only takes two or three cycles even when you've got a lot of dirt.

In terms of the mopping system, I was amazed by its ability to scrub tough dirt off my floors. The two mopping modes that it has, which are less aggressive than the more powerful ones, generate minimal noise, allowing you to work or even watch TV without distraction. It will gently bump into a wall or furniture and move on if it comes across one.

The Q Revo is unique in that it can run almost completely on its own, with no user involvement. This feature is beneficial for those who have different flooring in different areas of your home, or in the event that you have to regularly get rid of clutter like clothes, toys, and books. The robot vacuum was also one of the top performers in my test and was able to remove debris from carpets as well as hardwood floors with the first go. It is able to vacuum up wet spills. I suggest drying the area with a towel prior to sending it to.

3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni

The X2 Omni has all of the features you'd want from a top-quality robot vacuum and mop combo and more. The LIDAR also lets the robot vacuum recognize and avoid obstacles which is a great feature for households with children or pets.

The L10s Ultra is an extremely powerful vacuum cleaner, removing 98.4% debris from our test on hard floors, and getting rid of all but the most stubborn juice stains. Its mops are efficient, taking away 98.4 percent of debris from our tile, wood, and carpet tests. It was not as effective in removing sand from our hard floor or quaker oats from the carpet.
