The Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo
The Q Revo is an excellent option if you're seeking a robot vacuum and mop that's priced in the middle. It offers a great mopping experience, but it lacks the features that make up its more expensive counterpart.
In tests it was able to eliminate pet hair and dry oats from carpets with a medium-pile. However, like cheaper models, it doesn't utilize LIDAR to determine the layout of your home.
1. iRobot Roomba S9+
The iRobot Roomba S9+ is one of the top-rated robot vacuums. It comes with a variety of features and incredible cleaning power, including a dirt compartment that is integrated into the charging base. It can also learn your cleaning habits and suggest automated schedules to provide a hands-free and effortless experience.
The setup process is simple thanks to the iRobot Home app that walks you through the procedure. Once everything is connected, you can start the automated cleaning functions with the click of one button. You can opt for an overall clean that focuses on the removal of large debris such as rice and cereal, or opt for two detailed maps of your home to ensure that your entire home gets a proper look.
This robot vacuum is effective on floors that are unfinished and low-pile carpet. It sucks up large items and does not lose suction as fast as some other models and can clean up pet hair with ease. It's not able to work with high-pile carpets or plush carpets however, iRobot claims that future models will be more efficient.
The S9+ is a new design from iRobot that is focused on enhancing edge and corner cleaning. It's the first Roomba to adopt a flat-fronted D-shaped design, which will allow it to be able to swaddle walls and furniture. It's an improvement over the hockey puck-shaped robovacs which are common, but we found it only marginally superior to circular models.
iRobot also claims that the S9+ has an improved filtering system that stops tiny dust particles and allergens from recirculating within your home. We like the statement however, it's not enough to justify a premium price.
Its smart navigation system uses sensors to keep track of the layout of your home and vSLAM for mapping the interior of your home. It can then clean your entire house efficiently by avoiding obstacles like stairs and other barriers. The iRobot Home App allows you to schedule cleaning times and also set virtual boundary markers so that the robot can determine what areas require extra attention.
2. Roborock Q Revo
When it comes to robots that combine vacuuming and mopping, the Roborock Q Revo stands out. Its vacuum settings are as good as those on more expensive models. The mopping system is better - its spinning pads scrub your floors much better than a vibrating pad.
The only downside is that it does not have a second rubber brush to provide more thorough cleaning, but that's an acceptable cost to pay for if you are looking for one of the top robots available. The robo-vac's dust tank is larger than many of its rivals and it takes only two or three cycles to fill it, even with the maximum dirt level.
For the mopping system, I was awestruck by its ability to scrub hard dirt off my floors. Its two mopping modes at the lowest that are less aggressive than the high-powered ones, generate minimal noise, allowing you to work or even watch TV without distraction. It will gently hit a wall or furniture and then move on when it encounters one.
The Q Revo is unique in that it runs almost completely on its own, with no user involvement. The robo-vac has a multifunction dock that can automatically transfer physical trash to the bin hidden from view and also washes and dry the mop pads and refills its clean water tank. The app will only alert you when something is wrong, such as the water tank being empty or a canceled vacuuming session due to the bin being full.
You can also design and merge rooms to modify how the Q Revo manages your home. That's a handy feature to have if you have several rooms in your home that have different flooring materials or if there's clutter that must be removed frequently, such as toys, clothes, and books. The robo-vac is also efficient and was among the top performers in my tests, taking debris from carpets as well as hardwoods on the first pass. It can even remove wet spills but I would suggest drying them using a clean cloth before bringing the robot into.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni
The X2 Omni has all of the features you'd expect from a high-end
robot vacuum for pets
vacuum and mop and more. It has an omni-rotating mop as well as a powerful vacuum that can clean carpets as well as hard floors. It's akin to the iRobot Roomba S9+. It also has an automatic cleaning station that washes and cleans mop pads to keep them clean and ready for reuse. It also comes with a brand

new sensor system that is able to better detects obstacles, giving it the ability to avoid falling over furniture and other objects.
The most significant improvement to the ECOVACS X1 Deebot is its sleeker, modern design. This is due to Danish company Jacob Jensen Design,

known for their Bang & Olufsen product line. The robot is still large--it measures over two feet in height and depth and weighs almost four pounds. However the robot as well as its base are smaller than the Roborock Q Revo or iRobot J7.
This model is more efficient than the X1 because it charges more quickly and can clean up 1,500 square feet in one charge. It also has a larger and more robust dustbin that can store more debris. This makes it easier to empty.
The X2 Omni also has a more natural voice assistant and an app that works even when you're not at home. It also has a smart routing function that allows it to clean specific areas or rooms of your home, instead of following a set path.
The X2 Omni is the most effective mopping performance of any robot we've tested, due to its rotating mop pads that remove tough stains and a motor that produces plenty of downward pressure. Its vacuuming performance is outstanding as well and it enhances suction when it senses carpets to ensure that it does the job well. It also has a large battery that can last for weeks between charges, and its mopping mode is as powerful as anything we've seen in the market for a consumer robot.
4. Dreametech L10s Ultra
The Dreametech L10s Ultra is a high-end mop and vacuum robot that comes with a range of convenience features you don't often see on robots in this price. It is able to create detailed floor maps and identify different flooring types. It's also one of the few robots that can automatically clean and dry its mop pad. These features are great, but they also push the L10s into the luxury category. This could make it more expensive than homeowners need.
The L10s Ultra looks like a modern floor cleaner. It is tall and slim with a white finish, accentuated by silver elements and mirror plating. The front of the machine is dominated by a large bumper, which helps protect furniture and the vacuum from damage when moving around the house. In the pane in the front is additional navigation technology with sensors that help the L10s Ultra navigate tight corners and avoid obstacles.
On the top of the screen,

you'll find a single button that essentially serves as the on/off switch. By pressing this button, you can activate the vacuum, and clicking it again will shut off the
vacuum mop combo robot
and return it to its base station. The control panel includes the circular menu which lets you select cleaning modes, schedules, and preferences. The left and right buttons open the app's settings which allow you to customize how the L10s Ultra interacts with your home.
The L10s Ultra, like the iRobot Roomba S9+ or Roborock Q Revo uses a combination of LIDAR and cameras-based navigation technology to map out your home. This creates a detailed floor plan that enables the robot vacuum and mop efficiently and avoid getting stuck in cluttered areas. The LIDAR also helps the robot vacuum detect and avoid obstacles and obstacles, which is a wonderful feature for families with pets or children.
The L10s Ultra has a solid vacuuming capability which clears 98.4 percent of debris from our hardwood floor test and removing all but the most difficult juice stains. Its mops are also quite efficient, clearing 98.4% of debris on our tile, wood, and carpet tests. However, it wasn't quite as great at tackling sand on the hard floor and quaker oats on the carpet.
