We love that the Cybex Gazelle is light and easy to move, making it perfect for parents who love to get out and explore. It has a big storage basket and a range of attachments so parents can carry their groceries or even light shopping. It is a little bit more expensive than other two in one prams, but it's well worth the investment because the quality and function are top-of-the-line.

The stroller comes with a harness that can be pulled in one pull, making securing your child's seat easy. It also comes with sun canopy with XXL removable panels and peek-a-boo windows. It has a convenient tray for parents to store drinks, snacks and phones. During our tests, we found that the Roo+ was a dual stroller that was able to handle. It's able to navigate most terrains with ease, although it has trouble going over gravel and grassy areas. It isn't easy to steer over and up curbs that are 1 inch high. We do not recommend taking this stroller off-road or on stairs, however it does provide excellent suspension to reduce bumps for passengers.

The Roo+ has a large storage bin underneath the seat, but it's difficult to access without taking off infant car seats. This is a common problem with twin frame strollers, however Joovy offers an additional baby carrier bag under the seat to aid in addressing this issue.

The Roo+ doesn't have a self-standing fold or cup holders. It's a small price to pay for the car storage and seat compatibility, but we would prefer to have a stroller that has more versatility. The stroller's flexibility in seating configuration is a big plus. Parents can mount their infant car seats either opposite directions or the same direction, based on their needs.

5. Delta Children LX Side by Side

Delta Children LX Side by Side scored high in terms of weight and size folded. It is the best value double umbrella stroller we've seen in our review. It also scored highly in maneuverability, which is a key feature for parents looking for a travel pram that will fit in tight spaces. The Delta is a basic model with a few features that other strollers that we tested provide, such as a deep recline or large storage basket. It's a great choice for families with a tight budget or for those who only require a second stroller for occasional use such as for trips to the zoo.
