Seek out and spend time with someone who has greater ability than you. One of the best things to do to increase your ability is hang out with people who are already more skilled than you. Watching, them, studying them, interacting with them, even competing with them will make you better. As in sports, to improve, you play with people better than you, not worse. They will raise you to a new level. Who around you can you get involved with who will help you with your ability?

You can do it once, and market/sell it forever. Once you do a teleseminar, you can repurpose the content into all kinds of other products you can use to sell and/or market other things. You can use the teleseminar as a bonus for if people buy your book (or vice versa!). You can bundle several teleseminars together into an audio course, re purpose it into an ecourse, or an ebook, or any number of products. You can chop it up and deliver weekly audio postcards that train or coach people in your area of expertise.

My experience has been that if you have a niche, you do not need to attempt to be some incredible panacea-type therapist making claims all over the place. A good thriving business is also based on a solid foundation of credibility in my opinion. Niche and credibility seem to go rather nicely hand-in-hand in my opinion.
