But the B&Ws have a better-built design, and they can connect with two Bluetooth devices simultaneously. Despite their reputation for comfort, the QC45s can't provide the best sound quality in this price range. The frequencies are comparatively flat and lack details that higher-end headphones may be capable of bringing out. Focal is a French audio brand that produces high-performance headphones. They are well-known for their comfort and style that let listeners know that they're listening to something special. The Bathys are their first wireless noise-cancelling headphones. They look and sound stunning. They also have an inbuilt high-performance USB DAC which means you can use them for both wireless and wired listening.

They aren't as good as the ANC found in the Sony WH1000XM4 or Bose QuietComfort45/QC45 Wireless however it is still effective.

The Bathys headphones performed well in our headphone sound tests. Their frequency response was generally similar to the headphone curve of SoundGuys with minor variations on the bass and mids. The Bathys are bassy sound that can make vocals, instruments and cymbals appear obscure.

4. Sennheiser Momentum 4

The Sennheiser Momentum Wireless is a new version of the company's top Bluetooth headsets. The Momentum 3 was a solid but not an outstanding entry in this class. The new model is an improvement on the previous model, featuring a sleeker look, improved gesture control and an enormous battery life.

The changes are subtle but add up to an over-ear pair of headphones that feels like an upgrade. The Momentum 4s are flat and do not fold. They come with a hardshell case that protects them while moving. The Momentum 4s are also non-device-specific, similar to other bluetooth stereo headphones headphones of recent times, like the ones from Bowers & Wilkins and Sony. They are compatible with Apple iPhones as well as Android phones, but they do not have the AirPods' extra features like Find My Support and head-tracked spatial audio.
