The main flaw of this jogging stroller is its weight and dimensions when folded. It weighs 25 pounds and folds to 17,850 cubic inches, which is the average for this class of strollers. The size of its footprint isn't ideal for narrow turns or trunk spaces, but it has a small handle on the rear of the basket that can be pulled to fold it into an upright, compact position.

This stroller is easy to maneuver despite its size. It took us 5:24 minutes in our tests to assemble the stroller, starting from packing it up to getting it ready to go. The assembly was straightforward however, you'll require a Philips screwdriver. The manual provided is well-organized and easy to follow, but it's good just to have one in the case.

The adjustable canopy, with its peek-aboo windows and extra-wide ergonomically-shaped handle, provides comfort for both parents. The lockable front wheel can be removed when strolling and locked for jogging. The large storage basket is ideal for storing the essential items you need to travel with.

Consumer Reports' Strollers test program shows that the Baby Trend Expedition Jogger is an excellent value for the price and has higher scores than many of its competitors across various categories. This includes ease of using the 5-point harness, folding and unfolding as well as adjusting the backrest. engaging the brakes on the wheel, and infant car seat removal and installation (only for compatible models). It's a basic design with a one-handed recline that is deep enough for napping. However, the ratcheting canopy cover isn't always easy to fix. It takes about 8 minutes to install and the instructions are confusing with multiple languages and confusing illustrations.

The only downside to this stroller is the absence of a suspension system. This means that the ride could be more bumpy than other all-terrain strollers. This could make it more uncomfortable for young kids, especially when they're on the edge of taking having a nap. The air-filled wheels are nice however they don't offer the same amount of cushioning as rubber tires on higher-end strollers.

It has an adjustable quilted liner, as well as a multi-position recline, along with a padded 5-point safety harness and hinged bar. It's also travel system-compatible which means you can use it with the Cybex Maxi-Cosi or Be-Safe infant car seat.
