The only downside is that they are heavy and can be difficult to lift when a baby is in a car seat.

Easy to Assemble

Some stroller and car seat combos can be tricky to assemble. We found that the UPPAbaby Cruz v2 Combo was one of the easiest to put together. It comes with a handy quick-start guide which makes putting this system together easy. Other models, like the UPPAbaby Minu and UPPAbaby Vista v2, Thule urban Glide 2 in 1 carrycot and pushchair and Baby Trend Snap-N-Go EX Universal were also fairly easy to assemble. In contrast, the BOB Revolution Flex 3.0 Combo is difficult to put together because it requires two steps - attaching the lower anchors, and using straps to cover the bottom of the carrier. It's also heavy, and it requires two hands to click the carrier into the base, then detach it from the base.

In our tests we took about 5 minutes to put the UPPAbaby Cruz v2 together, which is relatively quick when you consider how much time it can save by not having to take out each piece. The majority of these models have an easy method of attaching and detaching the toddler seat, but there are other options as well.
