The BCC02 is an excellent all-rounder. It's quiet and efficient, and it is a great value at the current price of PS499. The only issue is that it does not provide the same level of customisation like other bean-to-cup machines we have tried. It's got a 15-bar pump instead of the common 19 bar which isn't as effective for making high-quality espressos. 2. Melitta Barista TS Smart

The Barista TS Smart is a superb bean-to-cup machine that has a lot of features that help it stand above the rest. Its most unique characteristic is that it can be controlled from your smartphone via the Melitta Connect app. This lets you alter settings and even dispense various coffee recipes that are stored within the machine itself.

This makes the machine super flexible and adaptable to your tastes. There are many options to change the intensity of your drink, cup sizes and even if you would like milk included. The machine also comes with two airtight containers that are automatically sorted for different specialities. It is set to standard espresso beans in one and cafe crem (a German variation of long black or flat white) in the other however, you are able to select any beans you'd like. There's also a convenient chute for pre-ground coffee if you'd prefer to use your own (for instance when that nagging dinner guest brings their own).
