She said that it felt sturdy to push, and very solid on difficult terrain. Its tyres (which are inflatable, so require occasional pumping) come with suspension built-in, which was very comfortable for my kids.

The shape and size of the seat is another aspect to think about. You will want it to be large enough for your child's comfort and you will also need it to recline to allow them to lie flat. Certain three-wheel buggies have an option to lie flat completely while others allow the parent to be facing one.

Many models have compact folding options, which let you remove the front wheels and store them in a more compact manner.

Easy to Manoeuvre

A three-wheel buggy can be easier to maneuver with children. The way in which they are built means that the front wheels spin at a whim and are extremely easy to maneuver which makes them perfect for difficult terrains such as parks, cobbles or bumpy pavements, as well as dirt tracks.

The only drawback to this great maneuverability is that the three wheel buggy's bigger wheels sometimes mean it has to struggle in tight spaces, something to be aware of when you live in a urban area. If this is a problem then a four-wheeled buggy might be the better option for you.
