Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades can sometimes increase the performance of a piece of gear and at times even add additional features. The worth of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements, and the number of random augmentations that are applied.

For instance, the premium shield for racial discrimination Razortail is commonly upgraded for its lightning absorb function in PvP or to provide additional defenses to missile-based designs in PvM. This makes it more tradable than the perfect non-upgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens can be used to reroll an acquired item, such as armor, weapon or ring. The item is replaced with another of the same kind however with different benefits. Reroll tokens can be a cost-effective method of upgrading gear. They don't preserve the original item's level and any money wasted won't get compensated.

Reroll tokens can be obtained by survivors via a variety of methods, including from the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can be located in crates and chests or purchased from the market at a cost of 150k each. Reroll tokens are used to change the attribute of an item for example, increasing the damage it can cause.

Players can roll equipment in three aspects: physical power, spell power and health. Upgrades to physical power can increase the damage of melee and weapons attack, while upgrades to spell power upgrade mage attacks and ring. Health upgrades provide the player with additional health.

Three types of reroll tokens are available in three categories: upgrade, rare and legendary. Each upgrade elevates an item to a higher-quality, with the requirement of an upgraded reroll token in order to produce it. Upgrades require a common item. Rare upgrades require an item that is either exclusive or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.

Unlike other special tokens and markers that are placed on action spaces the reroll marker stays in the space until the next successful result is to be rerolled. This allows you to prevent the waste of upgrades.

Blueprints are envelopes which appear at the start of every Preparation phase. They can be opened with Interact by grabbing on to them. Once they're opened, they display a full description and an icon for the relevant appliance or ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged to purchase a new Appliance or Ingredient in the restaurant's shop for the amount of coins.

During an event, blueprints may be transferred between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool due to the choice of Franchise Cards. This changes which blueprints the restaurant's shop offers for rerolls and which are available in the Non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

Weapons, armor, and accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones that boost the level of an item by improving its stats or attributes. These items can be obtained by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the major towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a price. These stones are also available to players who complete daily contracts.

To upgrade equipment players must first find the best item upgrade they want to upgrade and then click on the "level up" button. This will display a menu that shows the item's current status and what it will be when being leveled up, along with the required amount of Growth Stones to do so. The amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade the gear will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue), rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor requires only one Growth Stone.

After choosing the item to upgrade the user must choose the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay the cost. Once the player has met the requirements, they can select the upgrade option and apply the Growth Stones. The item will be upgraded in level by a certain percentage. The upgrade process can last anywhere from seconds to several minutes, based on the rarity of the item.

The upgrade process is also safe and doesn't impact the item's durability. The system is an excellent option for players who wish to get an edge in battle but don't want to burden their wallets. Moreover players can transfer experience and progress of an upgraded item to new one by clicking on the "transfer" tab.

The process of obtaining Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty can be daunting for novice players. There are many methods to get them. You can finish contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, get them from Equipment Stone Seal Book or collect them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Players can also break down higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.

Leveling

Leveling is a feature that allows you to boost the power of armor and weapons. You can also upgrade trinkets and helms. It is achieved by adding upgrades at the Upgrade Station and paying a fee of Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The process will use up the upgrade materials and grant the item an increased level, which gives the item upgrading a boost in that area. This process continues until the item reaches its highest level.

Items with upgraded stats will have a blue icon next to their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments cannot be applied to more than one item at the same time. Additionally each upgrade component will require a certain quantity of items to be added, as well as a minimum amount for the equipment.

The Upgrade Station has two slots: the left one is where players can put in a piece of equipment to be upgraded, and the right shows a preview of what the equipment will look like once it is at its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow once is a player has enough resources will start the upgrading process.

A piece of equipment may be upgraded up to five times. Every time the item is upgraded, its stats will be increased by a small amount. The maximum level of an item is 19.

When an item is at its maximum capacity that it can no longer have the option of upgrading. Once a piece of equipment is upgraded to a certain track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades for that track will have discounts.

Upgrade components are a form of equipment that can be slotted into weapons, armor, trinkets, and gathering tools to give an additional bonus or effect while the equipment is equipped. They can be bought through vendors, looted or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones, but doing so could destroy the previous upgrade, except for glyphs which can be removed and replaced freely.

Requirements

Upgrades to items allow players to boost the stats of certain armors and weapons they already have equipped. The requirements for upgrading an item differ depending on the type of item upgrader kit, but you'll typically need Dilithium and an amount of Upgrade tokens.

The items can be upgraded by adding item upgrade components to equipment and weapons. This will give them extra effects or an increased item level. These upgrades can be gotten from various sources in the game, including through crafting, purchased from the Trading Post or karma vendors or looted from bosses and raids, or collected from dungeons. Once an upgrade item component has been added to an object it cannot be removed or replaced. However it is possible to swap glyphs freely.

The upgrade of an item upgrader kit can boost its Mark Level and/or Rarity. Some upgrade components come with additional modifiers that can improve the item's stats.

For example, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" increases base defense, and also provides an additional 20% chance of blocking. In addition the dps enhancement "Wildfire" increases weapon damage.

Upgrades can be beneficial to certain items, but they are not because they increase stats. They are more valuable for the players if they can get a perfect roll. A perfect-rolled 200/6 500 armor set piece, for example is highly coveted by the melee PvP communities and can be worth 20-50 times the non-upp’d version.

When you choose an upgrade component that you want to put into an item, the game will display an open window that displays the required requirements. This includes the type of item (either weapon or armor) and the tier of that item and the Upgrade Token required, and the amount of progress needed to complete the upgrade.

The game will place an item in your inventory after you've completed the prerequisites for an upgrade. The progress bar will update to show you how far you are towards completing the upgrade. You can also check on the status of an upgrade by visiting any NPC that upgrades items.
